I enjoyed this! Iām always up for an epic sci-fiction space adventure and this was better than I expected it to be. Ā
Zack Snyder is the KING of slo-mo action and it worked SO well for me in this one. It can come across as gimmicky in some films but I thought it elevated the action in a really exciting way.Ā
I was surprised and pleased to learn that Zack Snyder was also acting as the Director of Photography. That makes a lot of sense in hindsight.
I really appreciated having a bunch of unfamiliar faces in the cast.Ā
