I started creating my own at-home workouts with a timer app, called Seconds Pro. My goal is to keep them short but intense. I use Shortcuts to help capture a log of each one and then send it to Day One to monitor my progress and changes. Check out today’s workout below:

Notes: 8 Tabatas 30 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
• Shoulder Dumbbell Squat, 30 lbs (5 sets), 25 lbs (3 sets) • Dumbbell Sumo Squat, 40 lbs • Mountain Climbers
Heart and lungs were pounding the whole time. Drenched in sweat at the end.
