I unapologetically love this movie. Not because it’s a perfect movie — in fact it’s far from it. But because it’s exactly what I want from a Transformers movie.
It’s absolutely nonstop gratuitous action. And yet, I find it completely mesmerizing to watch.
The sound design and visual effects are some of the best I can remember in any film, even since 2011.
Gotta love Leonard Nemoy, Francis McDormand and John Malcovic elevating the franchise, in a Michael Bay film no less!
Unfortunately, Patrick Dempsey then brings it right back down LOL.
