On the whole, I didn’t care for this movie too much. Probably one of my least favorite Tom Hanks movies as well.
But there were some terrific moments. The score is fantastic and so is the cinematography.
It definitely has a early days Sam Mendes feel to it and it’s exciting to know what a terrific filmmaker he is today.
